How to care for tulips
- Tulips keep growing in the vase and bend towards the light; that is normal.
- Use cold water, only a few centimetres deep: tulips do not like much water.
- Trim the stems slightly every two days. With good care tulips last 5–7 days.
- Keep them away from fruit: the gas that fruit releases makes flowers wilt faster.
