Event planning and styling

Amelie Events styles weddings, corporate events, openings, private celebrations and spaces. We take the date, look at the venue and propose a concept that fits the budget. After that everything is on us: materials, logistics, setup on site and take-down.

Weddings

The bridal bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets and boutonnieres, the ceremony arch, the church, guest tables and the photo corner — we plan it all in one style so the day looks whole in photos too. More on choosing a bridal bouquet: wedding bouquets.

Corporate events and openings

A launch, a shop or restaurant opening, an anniversary evening: we style the reception, the stage and the tables and prepare gift bouquets for guests. Regular office flowers are on the business page.

Private celebrations and space decor

A birthday, a christening, a proposal — smaller in scale, the same care. We also do seasonal styling for restaurants, hotels and shop windows, and one-off setups for shoots.

How we work

1. Send us the date, venue, number of guests and a rough budget — we reply within a day.
2. Within 2–3 days we send a concept and a detailed estimate.
3. We confirm the details and book the date.
4. On the day we set everything up on site; take-down is on us too.

Budget

The cost depends on the size of the space, the flowers and the season. Seasonal flowers cost less and look better, so we build the concept around the season. Every item is listed separately in the estimate.
