Professional Floristry Diploma

An 86-hour professional programme in 22 sessions: theory, studio practice and a final exam. Graduates receive the AMELIE diploma.

86 hours · 22 sessions · Mondays and Wednesdays 19:00–22:00, plus two Saturdays · 3 200 ₾ · Starts 5 October · 12 of 12 seats left

This course is for people who want floristry to become a profession — their own shop, studio work or events. For ten weeks you learn in the same studio where Tbilisi's bouquets are tied every day: the same flowers, the same tools, the same pace.

66 hours are sessions with the teacher and 20 hours are placement in the shop, on real orders. Groups are capped at 12 so everyone has flowers in their hands. Materials are ours — you just turn up.

The course ends with a final project and an exam. Graduates receive the AMELIE Professional Floristry Diploma and may stay on as interns with our team.

Questions

Do I need experience?
No. We start from zero — flower care and tools. If you do have experience, the programme takes you faster to your own style.

What are the 20 placement hours?
Working in our shop on real orders alongside a florist. The schedule is agreed with each student individually in the second half of the course.

Are materials included?
Yes. Flowers, foliage, wrapping and tools are ours. All you need is your own pair of scissors — if you do not have one, you get one on the course.

How do I pay?
A 30% deposit holds your seat. The balance is paid in two parts — before the course starts and before session 11. Until 20 September the founding price of 2,700 ₾ applies.

What if I miss a session?
You get the materials and catch up on the practical part at the next session or during placement hours. Admission to the exam requires attending at least 80% of sessions.

What happens after the course?
The diploma and the option to stay on as an intern with the AMELIE team. Graduates get 15% off further courses and masterclasses.
